For Adults. Sushi does not mean raw fish/seafood. Become your own Sushi Chef and impress your family and friends. Sushi Bob will teach you the techniques for preparing healthy and inexpensive MAKI ZUZSHI (Sushi Rolls). In this hands-on class, you will prepare and eat a California Roll, a Cucumber Roll, and a FAT Roll. Preparation, food safety, knife skills, and etiquette will be covered. Min. 5, max. 10
