GUIDED SEWING WORKSHOP WITH WHITNEY DIRKS
Age 18+ Make a six-week commitment to progressing on your sewing projects! Textile artist Whitney Dirks hosts this guided workshop designed to help you troubleshoot, brainstorm, and patiently plod your way through your hand- or machine-sewing projects. Bring your projects and questions, and Whitney will provide tools, materials, notions, guidance, and inspiration. The Arts Center has sewing machines available for student use, but students are also welcome to bring their own. Students will be welcome to stick around 7-9 p.m. for Stitch Witchery, a peer-led sewing group open to all. Min. 3, Max. 7
