Friends Again: Post War Relations
Reconciliation between countries that were former enemies does happen, and they may even become close allies. Gerstbauer will share about her time in Poland and the path of Polish/German reconciliation after World War II. She will also make comparisons with other cases such as Japan and US and Native American populations in Minnesota. What have we learned over time about how nations restore broken relations?
